EasyFlux Web License Problem

The license for the web server has been disabled because its serial number is actively being used by more than one host computer. Please contact Campbell Scientific.

The license certificate for the web server has expired and the web server has been unable to communicate with the Campbell Scientific license server in order to renew it.

This can happen if the auto-update check enabled option is not enabled. This can be remedied by enabling this option in the EasyFlux-Web Administration utility. It can also be remedied by manually renewing the license certificate in the same utility. This error can also happen if your server host computer lacks TCP/IP access to the CSI License Server. In this latter case, you will need to consult with your IT department concerning the best course of action.
